So often we work with clients and families who are faced with a sudden medical crisis, and help is needed right away. Often times, the ongoing care needs are unpredictable and families must take things on a day-by-day basis. At Colonial Home Care, we work with families to be as flexible as possible to accommodate their needs. With Colonial, there is no long term commitment or obligation, so services can be scheduled on a temporary or intermittent basis during a client’s recovery if that’s all that is needed. We can even work around family members who may be able to help day to day. Typically, as long as we have a day’s notice, we can accommodate any schedule. And if things change and you need to cancel, we understand and there’s no penalty.
